Embarkation from the Port of Agropoli at 09:30. Breakfast with local sweets on board.
Navigation by catamaran to Punta Fortino, Grotta dell'Elefante and Faro. Continuation of navigation to Baia and Scoglio di S. Francesco, Baia and Scoglio di Trentova, Scoglio del Sale, Cala Pastena (northern limit of the Cilento Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park).
Arrival at Baia del Saùco and Punta Tresino for swimming and snorkelling. We then continue along the coast to the island of Punta Licosa where we will stop for swimming and snorkelling in one of the most beautiful destinations in Cilento.
Return to the Port of Agropoli at 13:30.

Departure by G. T bus for the Cilento coast, with guide service. Stop in Acciaroli for a walk around the small fishing village.
Continuation to Palinuro. Arrival at the port, boarding for the tour to visit the Blue Grotto, Cape Palinuro, Buon Dormire beach and the Natural Arch.

Departure by bus to Pollica, visit of the village and Palazzo Capano, centre of the Mediterranean Diet.
A walk through the village to the Convent of St Francis, a point from which to admire an evocative panorama of the Cilento coastline.
We then continue on to Castellabate.
Along the way we pass through small Cilento villages: Celso, Galdo, San Mauro Cilento.
In San Mauro Cilento, lunch in a typical restaurant.
Lastly, Visit to the medieval village of Castellabate.

We will set off from Zona Lago in the municipality of S.Maria di Castellabate along a wide uphill dirt track to reach our first stop, the abandoned village of San Giovanni, where we will stop for a brief explanation of the settlement.
From there we will continue to the summit of Monte Tresino from where we will enjoy a 360° view of the entire neighbouring territory and beyond. From the summit we will descend towards what will soon be the coastal path between the ruined tuna fisheries up to the remains of the Norman tower originally used to sight the Saracens, the point of maximum extension into the sea of this stretch of coastline defined precisely as ‘PUNTA TRESINO’.
After contemplating the view of the suggestive sea horizon, we will continue along the coast to return to our starting point, which includes the intersection of a short stretch already done on the way out.
